A revision is a round of minor, targeted adjustments made to the video we have already shot and edited. Revisions are meant to fine-tune the existing project and bring it to final approval.

Examples of what a revision includes:
• Adjusting the color grading or brightness.
• Swapping specific shots (e.g., changing from Shot A to Shot B from existing footage).
• Re-timing certain cuts or sequences by a few seconds. • Making minor text or graphic corrections.

Your initial contract includes [Insert Number, e.g., “Two (2)”] rounds of revisions. All requested changes must be submitted to us in a single, clear list for each round.

A Change in Scope is any request that fundamentally alters the project, requires substantial additional work, or invalidates the creative direction that was previously approved. This is not covered by the original contract fee.

Examples of what is NOT a revision:
• Requesting an entirely new video (a “full different video”).
• A complete re-edit based on a new creative concept.
• Requesting a reshoot of major scenes or sequences.
• Asking to add new elements (e.g., motion graphics, drone shots) that were not in the original plan.

If your feedback requires a Change in Scope, we will provide a new, separate quote that will include costs for:
• Additional pre-production (concepting, planning).
• Additional filming/production days (if required).
• Additional post-production hours (for a complete re-edit).

A new project fee and contract must be agreed upon before any work outside of the original scope and included revisions can begin.

Because all RichMadeIt services are custom digital productions, each order is created specifically for the client and cannot be resold.

• All payments are final once production has started.
• No refunds are offered after scene details, references, or creative direction have been confirmed.
• Turnaround time begins only after all required details are submitted and approved.
• Minor revisions (if included in your package) are limited and do not qualify for a refund.
• Refunds will not be issued for personal preference, creative style differences, or changes of mind after work begins.
• If an order is canceled before production begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
